Provide technical support and training to customers/users about products.
Managing customer queries.
Assist the project team in implementation and onboarding customers and users.
A hands-on and persistent approach is required to solve all customer issues in the shortest possible time.
Ensuring the highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriately handling Customer Complaints and suggestions and resolving customer support queries via call or in-person meeting.
Guiding supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development, and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives.
Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing the Management for query/ bug resolution.
Skills
Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil + MBA
Problem-solving attitude
Good in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)
Knowledge understanding in the Real Estate/Construction Domain would be an added value
