- Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor lead generation campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with client, and internal team to streamline campaign execution.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports and campaign performance metrics to clients and management.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to campaign workflows and tools.
- Task Allocation: Assign and track tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, campaign briefs, and client communications.
- Qualification -
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
