Job Description
- Ensure the availability of our Remote Access Platforms
- Day to day monitoring of Remote Access Platforms
- Incident Handling
- Change Management/deployment on live production enviroments
- Problem Management
- Interacting with end users and members of other technical teams involved in the provision of our platforms
- Ensuring our environment are kept secure a free of vulnerabilities.
- System monitoring
- Continuous improvement inc upgrades/updates to systems
- Patching
- Maintenance of operational processes
- Remote Access Platforms are Citrix, AO VPN (Based on InTune), MAC VPN (Based on Pulse Secure) and iDesk (Also based on InTune)
- Use Data Analytics: You use your knowledge of data and its presentation to help colleagues make decisions. You deliver initiatives that improve data analytics in our business.
- Be Tech Savvy : You develop and contribute to knowledge of new technologies, how theyre used in our business and in others.
- Be Agile : You use your knowledge of best practice to collaborate with peers across the business in different ways.
- Give Specialised Advise : You offer advice and recommendations based on your expertise both proactively and on request.
- Communication: Ability to talk to end users at their level of knowledge and understanding
- Windows Server OS is mandatory
- Citrix administration is preferred
- Knowledge of of VPN technologies is preferred
- Knowledge of InTune is nice to have
- Knowledge of Active directory is nice to have
- Knowledge of Powershell is preferred

Nah! If you do not want to work much, ok with repeated work and you are ok with the compensation without expecting much growth or opportunity, you can fit really well. It will be the best working place for you.
