Finance Manager (6-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- BNC is looking for a Finance Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Accounting, Statutory Auditing and Compliances.

- The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of GST, TDS, and general taxation compliance, be confident in resolving client queries, and have experience managing junior employees.

Location:

- Candidates from West Delhi preferred - Peeragarhi, Rohini, Nangloi, etc.

Experience: 6-8 years.

Industry: Auto Dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Preference will be given to person having experience in Auto dealership.

- Perform Statutory Audits and ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Resolve client queries related to accounting and taxation matters.

- Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring smooth workflow. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and finalize financial reports on daily basis.

Key Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in Accounting & Statutory Auditing.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation rules.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle client queries confidently.

- Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior employees.

- Strong communication skills (Hindi or English-should be confident and smart).

- Must be from West Delhi (Peeragarhi, Rohini, Nangloi, etc.).

- Open to travel for work-related requirements.

Qualification: CMA / M.Com / MBA.
