Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-4 yrs)

BNC has been mandated to hire for its MNC Manufacturing Client for FP&A And MIS Analyst ( Contract).

Job Description:

- The candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues.

- This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams regarding productivity reporting, and financial metrics. Prepare budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, long-term planning, risk/opportunity assessments, and periodic/ad hoc reporting.

- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. Partner with the accounting team during the close process, which includes reviewing departmental general ledgers, recording transactional activity, preparing revenue and expense accruals, and providing P&L and Cash variance explanations to budget and forecasts.

- Identify areas for revenue opportunities and cost improvements. Serve as Finance liaison to departments by working closely with them in understanding their business, support.

Qualification:

- MBA/Graduates/ CA Qualified Experience 3 to 4 years.

- Role long term contract role.
