Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly book closing and manufacturing accounting.

- Preparation and analysis of the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS Reports.

- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for effective financial planning.

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business decisions.

2. Audit & Compliance:

- Coordinate with Internal, Concurrent, and Statutory Auditors for timely audits.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. MIS & Data Analysis:

- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for financial insights.

- Generate advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and presentations in PowerPoint.

- Work with large datasets and perform data-driven decision-making.

4. SAP & Process Optimization:

- Strong SAP functional knowledge to manage financial transactions and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up SOPs and process improvements.

5. Team Coordination & Leadership:

- Lead and manage financial reporting teams to ensure efficient workflow.

- Work closely with internal departments for seamless financial operations.
