Project Manager - Digital Transformation - Big4 (7-10 yrs)

Big4 has been mandated to recruit a Project Manager-Digital Transformation for a Senior Consultant role for one of the top accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end Digital Transformation projects.

2. Analyze and improve processes, including digitization and documentation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" states.

3. Handle Project Planning, Governance, Execution, and Reporting effectively.

4. Engage with senior stakeholders to negotiate and drive project objectives.

5. Use Project Management & Visualization tools like Jira, MS Project, Power BI, and Tableau (good to have).

6. Work independently and ensure successful project delivery within stipulated timelines.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: BTech + MBA (Mandatory)

2. Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in non technical digital transformation, with at least 4 years in BFSI/Insurance/Finance Consulting.

3. Strong non-technical Digital Transformation experience.

4. Consulting background with expertise in process improvement & non- technical digitization.

5. Ability to interact and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

6. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
