Project Manager - FinTech (7-9 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are urgently seeking a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft technologies, SQL, and reporting tools, to lead end-to-end IT projects in the fintech or banking sector.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of asset management, equity markets, and business analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Collect business requirements, design solutions, and manage end-to end IT projects.

- Business Acumen: Apply knowledge of asset management (PMS, Mutual Funds, FPI) and equity markets to IT solutions.

- Communication: Deliver effective presentations and communicate seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem Solving: Use analytical and logical skills to proactively identify and resolve incidents promptly.

- Leadership: Innovate and inspire cross-functional teams to meet technology requirements.

- Time Management: Handle multiple tasks/projects effectively while prioritizing business needs.

- Documentation: Ensure exhaustive documentation of incidents/issues addressed by support teams.

- Customer Focus: Deliver excellent customer service to business teams.

- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate cyber and information risks for implemented or planned technologies.

- Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with group IT teams and ensure collaboration tools are adopted by teams.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and SQL.

- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Oracle BI, SSRS, or Power BI.

- Experience with API integration and CI/CD implementation.

- Familiarity with Multifonds systems; experience with RPA tools is an added advantage.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and MBA or a relevant field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

- 7 to 9 years of proven experience in managing IT projects and business analysis.
