Job Overview:
Brindco Sales Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and optimize trade marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute trade marketing plans, work closely with sales and marketing teams, and ensure strong brand presence across retail and on-trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, activations, and merchandising strategies.
- Identify key retail, on-trade, and off-trade opportunities to enhance brand presence and visibility.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
- Develop POS materials, promotional activities, and in-store visibility plans in coordination with brand teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to strengthen trade relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Support new product launches and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure alignment of trade marketing efforts with overall brand positioning and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or related industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, and sales teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
