Job Title: Head of Sales - Evian India

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector, travel retail, modern trade, and general trade to maximize revenue growth.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within each segment, ensuring Evian's competitive positioning.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving targets across all channels.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the sales organization.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HoReCa sector and travel retail.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major distributors and retailers to secure favorable terms.

- Maintain strong relationship with International counterparts and showcase the growth trajectory.

Performance Monitoring:

- Set clear sales targets for each segment; track performance against these goals and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitive activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, finance and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.

- Brand Planning and Marketing Development for Evian family of SKU's.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

Experience:

- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG or beverage industry.

- Proven track record of success in managing sales across HoReCa, travel retail, modern trade, and general trade channels.

Skills:

Leadership Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing diverse sales teams.

Market Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the dynamics within HoReCa, travel retail, modern trade, and general trade sectors.

Analytical Skills:

- Proficient in data analysis to inform strategic decisions; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Negotiation Skills:

- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Technology Skills :

- Should be able to drive presentations, do data analysis

- Well versed with latest technology

Personal Attributes:

- Passionate about selling premium/ luxury product and health-focused products.

- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly.
