We have an opening for National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade with a Personal Care Company.
Location: Mumbai
Job responsibilities:
- Account Management : In the contemporary trade industry, cultivate and preserve strong connections with major accounts. Recognize each important account's particular demands and specifications, then adjust your tactics appropriately. Continually evaluate the performance of your accounts and put plans in place to increase revenue and profit.
- Sales Strategy : Create and implement plans for increasing revenue and gaining market share. Work together with teams from different departments, such as supply chain, finance, marketing, and product development, to match strategies to the overarching goals of the business. Determine areas for expansion and new business prospects within the core accounts that already exist.
- Contract Management and Negotiation : To establish mutually beneficial partnerships, negotiate terms and agreements with major accounts. Oversee and evaluate contracts to make sure they adhere to company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Market analysis : Keep up with developments in the market, industry trends, and rivalry. To find possibilities and risks in the market, regularly analyze it. Then, modify your strategy as necessary.
- Reporting and Forecasting : Create precise sales projections and inform management on a regular basis on how sales are doing in comparison to goals. Compile and deliver in-depth reports on important account activity, industry developments, and competitive analysis.
- Cooperation and Communication : To guarantee effective coordination and communication, work closely with internal teams. Work together with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional tactics that support important account goals.
Education & Skills Required :
- A Degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern trade as a key account manager in the retail sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary retail trends, market dynamics, and trade channels.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to create and carry out strategic initiatives that promote sales growth.
- Results-driven, having a history of hitting and beyond sales goals.
- Capacity to evaluate information and market trends in order to make wise business judgments.
