Job Title: Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing

Location: Gurgaon, Work from Office

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing to develop and execute trade marketing

strategies, promoting our products to Dealer Partners across 12 categories that Olx operates in like Cars, Bikes, Real

estate & more .

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, understanding of trade and dealers, and the ability to implement trade-marketing activities that drive dealer engagement and retention, for both online and offline dealers.

What you will do:

Strategy and Planning:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, by category, region.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share, and distribution.

- Develop trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives, within given budgets.

Trade Programmes and Promotions:

- Design and execute trade promotions, incentives, and loyalty programs.

- Manage dealer meets across India

- Develop and distribute trade-focused marketing materials.

Partner Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners.

- Conduct regular business reviews and provide sales support.

- Ensure partner compliance for trade marketing inputs, wrt company policies.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team across categories and channels.

- Communicate trade marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

What we are looking for:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 5-7 years of trade marketing experience in a central role.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth.

- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

- Experience with Digital First organizations like Zomato, paytm etc .

- Should have managed large scale dealer partner programs
