Brief of the role:

- We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Bangalore, to handle the Karnataka region.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and scaling up the business.

What you will be doing:

- Has worked in Startup environment - Digital Classified.

- Involved or has done Front lines Sales to generate revenue.

- Who can roll up sleeves, demonstrate to teams before pushing teams to Perform.

- Have been a good leader and not just a manager.

- Has an experience of Scaling Scales from Nascent Stage.

Who we're looking for:

- 8+ years of experience.

- Go getter, able to work around roadblocks.

- Strong team player and passionate about Auto industry.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong knowhow of Business Analytical tools in analyzing data , forecasting sales, presentations on business metrics.

- Nurture team on leadership skills , dealer relationships and problem solving abilities.
