We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager - Telesales to lead and optimize our telesales operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and motivating the telesales team, and consistently achieving sales targets.
This role requires strong leadership, a strategic approach to sales management, and the ability to drive performance across multiple telesales initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage a telesales team to achieve sales goals in key areas: Collections, Activations, and Revenue.
- Develop and execute telesales strategies that align with company goals and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze telesales performance, tracking key metrics and reporting insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and policies to optimize telesales operations, collaborating with product and technology teams to enhance telesales tools.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define category strategies, including pricing, SKUs, new product launches, and the execution of new value-added services (VAS) and monetization opportunities.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and organize relevant training programs to enhance capabilities and ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to optimize campaigns and drive customer engagement through telesales channels.
- Develop and manage budgets, including incentives, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance-driven results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to support business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging sales strategies, and best practices to keep the telesales function competitive and innovative.
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in managing telesales teams and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a diverse team of telesales professionals.
- Proficient in Dialer/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies and adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in P&L management and category strategy would be an advantage.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on driving growth and continuous performance improvement.
