Job Description
Brilyant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Head HR India to lead and drive HR initiatives across our India operations. This role is crucial in shaping our people s strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Experience: 20-25 years (7+ years in a leadership role)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions , including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
- Drive organizational culture and foster an inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent development
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee growth
- Advise leadership on HR policies and people strategies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decision-making
- masters degree in HR or a related field
- 20-25 years of experience in HR, with a strong leadership track record
- Expertise in labor laws, compliance, and multi-location HR management
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive HR transformation in dynamic environments
- Experience in people strategy, decision-making, and organizational development
- A strategic leadership role in a growing global organization
