Provide sound legal advice and proactive solutions to protect the company against legal risks and violations.
Monitor and manage the company's day-to-day legal proceedings in various courts.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of legal issues.
Utilize in-depth understanding of real estate laws and their practical applications to support property-related matters.
Conduct property title searches and manage related legal affairs efficiently.
Maintain and update legal files and documents, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Track and report on legal developments relevant to the companys operations.
Analyze legal issues related to new projects and provide quick, effective solutions to support project development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree (LLM) is preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar legal role, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and real estate laws.
Proven experience in conducting property title searches and managing related legal affairs.
Strong understanding of legal risks and business practices.
