To handle Civil, Criminal, Labour Cases, Arbitration Cases, Execution Proceedings (Darkhast) in various Courts & Tribunals
Effectively Handle pending cases at District Courts, Labour Courts, High Courts.
Manage Litigation, Pre-Litigation, Claims and disputes in matters filed by or against the Company.
Co-Ordinate with Statutory, Judicial / Quasi-Judicial and other concerned / related Authorities.
Preparation of a complete set of documents in relation to the legal matters and sending the same to the external counsel of the Company, if necessary.
Perform Court related activities like attending hearings and related conferences / meetings.
Prepare a case report and maintain and index files of individual cases.
To consult the individual cases with the related Advocates and assist them whenever required.
Prepare reports and keep updated MIS of the legal cases.
Perform other related duties or tasks as required from time to time Sending Legal Notices, Drafting an Appropriate Reply to the Legal Notice, Drafting Written Statement / SAY on behalf of the Company.
Vetting, drafting, negotiating and finalizing several commercial Agreements / Contracts, B.G, Lease Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, Sub-Contract Agreement, MOU, etc. in close co-ordination with respective departments.
Updation regarding changes in Laws and Orders passed by Hon`ble Supreme Court/High Court / NGT etc. to the management highlighting their implications on the Company.
Research, analyse and identify applicable laws and amendments therein, having legal risks and implications, which may potentially affect the Company business and prospects and prepare reports/memos or position statements to keep the senior management of all business verticals informed of such laws and amendments / developments.
