What We're Looking For:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
- In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive growth in our key markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What skills and expertise will you need?
- Outbound Lead Development: Identify and qualify new outbound leads using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles, including online research, cold outreach, and overseeing lead progress through the sales funnel.
- Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Convert inbound leads into commercial opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to turn them into paying accounts.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging online demos to showcase the value and features of Bright-River Solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools like Hub spot and Salesforce to track interactions, notes, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Closing Deals: Apply consultative selling techniques to win new business and close deals successfully.
- Relationship Building: Communicate effectively to build trusted client relationships.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitive analysis to enhance your sales approach.

What Qualifications are required?

- At least 3-4 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- A passion for disruptive innovations and selling groundbreaking ideas in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual proficiency, including native/bilingual-level English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
