Job Description
- Real Estate candidates are preferred
- Should have hands on experience on end-to-end process (preferably). Else, Onboarding process knowledge is required.
- Clear understanding on Booking terms, Cost sheet details, etc.
- Addressing customers queries related to title queries, payment schedule etc..
- Should have knowledge about Statement of Account, Demand letters, payment schedule, TDS etc.
- Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP related Bookings, 10% payments, transaction status etc.
- Interact with customers and make follow up calls wherever documentation is pending due to customer confirmation.
- To have clear understanding on the pre-requisite documents required for Onboarding process.
- Follow up with Sales Team on required information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve them on time.
- Proper coordination with internal team members and inter departments for smooth documentation process.
- Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of SAP & C4C (preferably).
- Addressing audit queries on Onboarding process.
