Job Description
- Managing Sales of Home Loan .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer for repeat business or referrals.
- Meet customers, verify documents, process files for sanction, and co-ordinate for disbursement of loans.
- Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
- Preferably Real Estate background with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience with good communication in English, Kannada, Hindi, and any other South Indian languages known would be an added advantage.
- If non-real estate background should have minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in financial institutes products i.e., Home loans (preferred), personal loans, credit cards.
- Candidates should be open to travel to marketing offices on weekends or as and when required.
- Candidates should be well-versed in Excel and systems.

Inhouse that is BELCON is the biggest flop no respect with client team lots of disrespect no value for work treats like 3rd grade contractors. Whereas coming to the work only 3 to 4 activities that is structure, in finishing only tiles and punning work no further works very disgusting.
