Lead - Business Employee Development & HR Projects
Responsibilities:
- Identification of development needs from MDP /HTU Council
- Facilitate focus group and survey for identification of development needs
- Coordination with the Units to help develop the cluster level plan and calendar
- Identify vendors and seek help of central teams & HTU team help to drive agenda
- Periodic Review with units and tracking of agenda
- Drive Participation in the development program and conduct implementation status discussions
- Educate managers about the talent management process and construct
- Custodian of talent profile and updation
- Track Development check in status and facilitate the discussions
- Enable development of IDP basis check in conversations
- Participate in the Unit talent councils
- Provide inputs for the cluster level talent council
- Drive all talent management related development processes such as Fit for Future etc
- Evaluate effectiveness of the talent management intervention implementation
- Drive the HR projects identified by the Business from time to time in One HR meeting (for the cluster)
