Performance Marketing:
A Head of Performance typically oversees and manages the overall performance of a specific department or organization, ensuring that goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Role Overview:
Senior Candidate: Currently working with an agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and structure operations teams.
- Oversee META campaigns and e-commerce players.
- Manage SKUs and marketplaces like Nykaa, Tata Cliq, or AJIO.
- Currently, the function is being managed by founders.
Current Setup:
- Two agencies handle META and Google.
- Team includes 2 members focused on retention.
Responsibility:
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate them
- Liaising with other internal departments, such as Sales, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Apparel, Graphics, Advertising, and Events
- Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
- Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to achieve specific KPIs
- Managing budgets and optimizing spend across campaigns and channels
- Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborating with creative teams to refine ad copy, design, and landing pages for maximum performance
Qualification:
- Anyone with more than 5+ year of exposure in d2c brand would be appropriate.
- Building Experience in Performance Marketing .
- Key Skills for Aspiring Performance Marketing Managers .
- Additional Qualifications for a Competitive Edge ...
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplaces like nykaa, ajio etc.
