Quality Auditor

Detail-oriented and analytical Call Quality Auditor. The role will be responsible for reviewing and

evaluating recorded calls to ensure they meet specific quality and compliance standards. This would require expertise in listening and assessing calls and will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to recorded phone calls and assess them based on predefined quality

parameters.

• Analyze the call content, communication skills, and adherence to scripting guidelines.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to call center agents.
• Ensure that calls adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of call evaluations and findings.
• Generate regular reports summarizing call quality performance and compliance issues.
