- Responsible for leading the sales and ensuring the necessary expansion across India through a well planned and executed sales strategy.
- The incumbent would be responsible for strategizing and executing the sales plan based on the business plan or AOP.
- Super process oriented person ensuring constant improvement of the sales conversion KPIs by improvement of processes, training and reporting mechanisms
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders & sales executives.
- Establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets.
- Analyze and present current sales figures to shareholders, business partners, and corporate executives.
- Should have an analytic approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivation.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Tech, Product, and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide complete visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
The Ideal candidate should be:
- Highly analytical and comfortable with solving complex problems.
- Should be from Consumer facing industry with excellent analytical skills and involve multi strategies in driving the organization goal -sheet
- Minimum 8 years of cross-functional experience in managing large teams across different geographies. Currently, the incumbent should be at a senior level handling pan India responsibility and a sizeable turnover
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
