- Retail Chains: Major brands like DMart, More, and other retail and clothing brands, helping them find the ideal commercial spaces for expansion, leasing, and sales.

- Hotel Chains: Working with hotel groups on acquiring properties for new locations, managing expansions, and negotiating leases or purchases.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding the specific real estate needs of corporates and retail chains.

- Overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, and overall real estate strategy for these companies.

- Providing insights into market conditions and securing the best commercial real estate options for these clients.

3. Engagement with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
