What You'll Be Doing:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts effectively and professionally.
- Improve office attendance and work hours.
- Contribute to improving employee productivity, through various measures.
- Regular employee communication through newsletters, HR updates etc.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee records.
Performance Management:
- Creating effective Performance Management systems that align with the organisations's goals and employee needs.
- Facilitating continuous feedback to employees and helping them to develop and improve.
- Working closely with the managers on how to set performance indicators, conduct reviews and explain ratings to their teams.
- Recommending compensation and benefits programs based on industry benchmarks.
- Providing guidance to both the manager and employee during the PIP.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit offerings.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements to benefit offerings based on employee needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize benefits administration and communication.
- Annual salary review processes and performance-related programs.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to track trends and develop actionable strategies.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Promote career advancement through mentorship and succession planning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, facilitating orientation and training programs.
What We Need In You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (7+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in working in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
