Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Job Posting and Sourcing
• Create and manage job listings across multiple European job boards and social media platforms.
• Research and identify low-cost labor markets for staffing needs.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Business Development:
• Identify and approach companies looking for temporary or permanent staffing solutions across Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
• Expand the company's database of businesses and candidates.
• Recruitment Operations:
• Collaborate with the administrator to ensure smooth handling of recruitment documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, and facilitate hiring.
• Monitor performance and satisfaction of placements to ensure client retention.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to tap into new labor pools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European labor laws and compliance regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services, preferably with a focus on Europe.
• Proven track record in sales and business development within the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, EURES, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of international labor markets and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and develop long-term partnerships with businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle recruitment and business development simultaneously.
• Multilingual abilities
• German language is a plus
