Sales & Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation and Sales:

• Identify and target potential clients, including landlords, property managers, estate agents, and facilities managers in the UK.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Create and execute targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales presentations.
• Manage the companys presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to attract clients.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Client Engagement and Support:
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Ensure excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve client issues.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property services or facilities management industry.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Exceptional English communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Ability to create compelling sales pitches and marketing materials.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Knowledge of property compliance requirements such as EICR, Gas Certificates, EPCs, and PAT Testing is a plus.
