We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software development and consulting industry.
Must Have skills
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software development or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of software development services, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions.
