We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. With a minimum experience of 3 years in software sales, the ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities and promote our software services to clients globally. The focus will be on qualifying prospects, closing deals, and expanding our client base. The successful candidate should have a robust background in selling IT services, particularly Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Solutions and SaaS-based cloud solutions, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities & Duties: 1). Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base across various global markets. 2). Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion. 3). Qualify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and close sales. 4). Present and demonstrate our software services, including Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Solutions and SaaS-based cloud solutions, to prospective clients. 5). Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including pricing and project scopes, tailored to meet client needs. 6). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships. 7). Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches. 8). Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present performance results to senior management. 9). Work closely with the marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
