Branch Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator with a technical background in Electronics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the Branch Team, Head Office, and Authorized Service Centers (ASC), while focusing on service operation quality enhancement and process development. You will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiencies, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between the Branch Team, Head Office, and ASC teams to ensure seamless operations, timely updates, and the effective execution of tasks.
• Process Enhancement & Quality Improvement: Contribute to enhancing service operations by ensuring the effective implementation of processes aimed at improving service quality.
• Technical Support: Leverage your Electronics expertise to support and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Organize and maintain accurate files and records. Prepare and circulate daily reports to Branch and ASC teams. Generate internal reports as needed to track progress and performance.
• Customer Support: Handle both internal and external customer queries promptly and efficiently, providing clear and helpful responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multitasking & Deadline Management: Successfully juggle multiple tasks and meet established daily/weekly deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Project Support: Take ownership of various projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor to improve overall operations and service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Background in Electronics: A solid understanding of Electronics is required to handle technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Strong skills, particularly in Excel, for managing and analyzing data effectively.
• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with different teams and handle customer queries professionally.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
