Role & responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage services within the branch
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track service performance metrics and maintain documentation
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with managing turnaround time (TAT) for service requests
- Background in after-sales service and sales support is preferred
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical
- Fresher can apply
Candidate must be pass-out.
Working 5days
Office timing 9am to 5:30pm
This position will be on a third-party payroll (Off roll) and the selected candidate will work with
