Position Available:

Currently we have opening in Shriram Finance Limited. Selected candidates will be placed as Executive /Assistant Manager-Customer Complaints

JOB PROFILE:

• Handling Customer Complaints.
• Record and evaluate complaint submissions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to incorporate vital input into reports.
• Review and provide feedback on complaint investigation.
• Ensure to maintain TAT & timely processing of complaints.
• Should work as Nodal /Official point (credit bureao) of Contact for resolving customer complaints.

Key Skills Required:

• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Should have good knowledge of finance and BFSI products
• Should be well versed with MS office.
