HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This job will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and a thorough understanding of HR practices and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Participate in HR projects, including policy reviews and training development.
• Conduct research and gather data for HR reports and presentations.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
