We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the organization s human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process.
Attending Job fairs and Campus interviews for identifying quality candidates to join the team
Overseeing onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
3. HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Performance Management:
Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
Coordinate workshops and professional development sessions.
6. Policy Development and Implementation:
Work with legal consultants to draft and update HR policies in line with company ompany goals and legal requirements.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
7. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and implement feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (6 months 1 year).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
