Job Description:
- IT Services and Consulting company is looking for a looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager/Director VP - IT Services Sales & Delivery with 10-12 years of experience who has a strong blend of IT services delivery and pre-sales with new client acquisition.
- The ideal candidate should have previously worked in end-to-end project delivery for GenAI, Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform), and Cloud and, in the last 2-4 years, focused on pre-sales and new client acquisition.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office).
Key Responsibilities:
IT Services Delivery & Execution (Past Experience):
- Previous hands-on experience in delivering IT services projects in GenAI, Microsoft (Azure, M365, Power Platform), and cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical implementation, project execution, and governance to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Ability to work with technical teams and consultants to design and deliver scalable solutions.
IT Services Pre-Sales & New Client Acquisition (Current Focus):
- Hunting role - Drive new client acquisition by engaging and closing IT services deals, not just growing existing accounts.
- Craft compelling IT service proposals that align with client business needs.
- Lead high-impact client presentations, proposals, and technical discussions to win enterprise clients.
Strategic Leadership & GTM (Go-To-Market) Execution:
- Develop and execute IT services growth strategies, including sales playbooks and partner GTM motions.
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with Microsoft, cloud providers, and enterprise clients.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-12 years of experience in IT services, with a mix of past delivery experience and recent pre sales &sales expertise.
- Strong background in GenAI, Microsoft services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform), and cloud solutions.
- Proven success in new client acquisition & closing IT services deals, not just managing existing accounts.
- Ability to translate technical delivery expertise into sales strategies and win enterprise clients.
- Experience in GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, and IT services sales leadership.
