Manager/ Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager- Architecture

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of design briefs for Design Consultants/Architects
• Assist the Senior General Manager/ General Manager/ Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager- Architecture in the timely preparation and submission of the consultant brief to External Design Consultants and Architects
• Keep track and follow up with Design Consultants/Architects for timely submission of drawings as per schedule
• Assist the Senior General Manager/ General Manager/ Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager- Architecture in review of designs provided by Design Consultants/Architects
• Ensure that the designs are in consonance with relevant Regulations and local by-laws
• Ensure timely completion of designs throughout the project life-cycle (such as Concept drawings, Good for Construction Drawings, Sanction Drawings etc.)
• Conduct regular site visits for monitoring of implementation of the designs and resolving day to day queries of contractors and Site Team members
• Create in-house designs, amendments to designs whenever required
• Coordinate with Services Team for review and finalization of Service drawings
• Support Contracts Team for estimation and finalization of BOQs
• Provide updates to the Department Head on the progress across projects during review meetings
• Provide the Liaison team with the required drawings in a timely manner for obtaining timely approvals
• Document all design related information/reports in an effective manner and periodically update the same

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of Real Estate sector
• Knowledge of project designing procedures
• Knowledge of operating softwares (Auto CAD, Photoshop etc.) used for designing
• Understanding of the local by-laws laws and regulations impacting project design
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP reporting requirements
