Manager - Architecture

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Checking of municipal drawings before submission

b) Area calculation and Good for construction drawings

c) Conceptual design with preliminary applications of by-laws before handing them for final design development.

d) Coordination with service consultants (MEP), structural consultants and preparation of Architectural drawings

e) Periodic site visits to solve construction and design issues

f) Design and execute show flats and offices for the new projects along with the site sales

offices

g) Responsible for handling multiple high rise residential projects
