• VC Configuration and Management
• OS & Software Installation and troubleshooting
• AD User Creation and Management
• Active Directory & Group Policy Management
• Antivirus Management
• Full Disk Encryption & Decryption Management
• Firewall Policy Management and user creation
• Server creation and Troubleshooting
• IIS Server Management
• Linux Based server, application management
• File server Access Management
• Backup Creation and Management
• Email ID CRUD (QLC & O365)
• Email Server Management
• Vendor Co-ordination and Management
• Client Server Management
• Periodical BCP restoration process from Backup
• Hardening & Vulnerability Assessment
• Regular auditing and monitoring periodically
• Physical Server hardware, software Management and troubleshooting
• Network Knowledge (Switches & Wi-Fi)
