Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in python, Django development, project deployment, and Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building scalable web applications, deploying projects in cloud environments, and leveraging GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and Streamlit. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions while mentoring junior developers and contributing to open-source projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Python code following best practices, including modularity, documentation, and performance optimization
• Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions using frameworks like LangChain, Streamlit and LLMs.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and handle integrations with external APIs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best coding and deployment practices.
• Deploy ML and data science projects, ensuring efficient model integration into applications.
• Design technical architecture for AI/ML and data-driven projects to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Django/Flask/FastAPI frameworks.

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or other related fields.
• Strong Python programming skills (OOP, design patterns, concurrency).
• Django expertise REST API development, ORM, authentication, middleware, caching.
• Experience in project deployment – Docker, Nginx, AWS.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms such as Random Forest, XGBoost, and Time Series forecasting.
• GenAI development experience – LangChain, Streamlit, OpenAI API, vector databases.
• Proficiency in database management (MySQL, Redis).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with FastAPI or Flask for microservices.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and working with embeddings.
