BPS - Sales and Delivery Coordinator

As a BPS - Sales and Delivery Coordinator, candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with clients, submitting quotations, follow - ups with clients and initiating sales over the phone or through virtual meetings. Duties will include:

1. Proactively reaching out to leads via phone, email and other channels to introduce our products/ services and identify sales opportunities.
2. Understanding customer needs and pain points to effectively position our solutions and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
3. Liaising with the sales and design team for preparing and submitting quotations to clients according to requirement.
4. Follow up on quotations and handover the converted enquiries to the field sales team.
5. Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
6. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system with the relevant information.
7. Follow up with internal order processing teams for order booking, invoicing, dispatch and delivery.
8. Coordinating with customer teams and BPS installation team for scheduling installations and commissioning, checking site clearance and post installation documentation.
9. Follow up with customers and sales team for payment collection
10. Tracking of EMD, EPBG submission for government and large value tenders.
11. Calling customers for existing installations for feedback and relationship management.
12. Providing senior management with accurate MIS on leads, quotations, orders, installations and collection status of BPS on a weekly basis
