Manager Graphic Design

Responsibilities As Individual Contributor.

Make and maintain the companys brand identity and brand consistency across all platforms as well as all sales and marketing initiatives.

Bring a design-thinking mindset to your daily work.

Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.

Refine images fonts and layouts using graphic design software.

Design original pieces including illustrations, logos and infographics.

Apply typography techniques.

Familiarity with building powerful and effective PowerPoint slides, decks and templates.

Generate ideas to portray concepts and promote our solutions and expertise.

Stay up to date with industry developments and tools and test graphics across various media.

Liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Responsibilities As People Manager.

Lead a team of individuals performing graphic design to achieve business goals.

Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback coaching to team members.

Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and skills.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation, creativity and productivity.

Encourage teamwork and open communication among team members and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Skills.

8+ years of proven graphic designing experience.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).

Knowledge of video creation and editing is a plus.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
