Graphic Designer

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Videography and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots: From pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality video content.
• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting, including adding music, sound effects, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques.

Graphic Design:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Create visually appealing layouts and designs that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.

General:

• Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy access and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute new ideas.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in both videography and graphic design, integrating new techniques and technologies into your work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey complex messages through visual media.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with photography and photo editing.
• Knowledge of web design and development is a plus.
