Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design Creation: Design visually appealing graphics for various projects such as social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that designs align with brand identity and objectives.
• Video Content Production: Create engaging video content for social media platforms, especially Reels, to showcase services, events, product features, and brand stories.
• Photo Editing: Use photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) to enhance images and produce compelling visuals for marketing campaigns.
• Video Editing: Edit and refine video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software, ensuring high-quality output for both short-form and long-form content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines for visual assets.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media content creation, and video production, incorporating innovative techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing, particularly for social media platforms.
• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Strong video editing skills, including experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software.
• Knowledge of creating engaging video content for social media platforms, especially for Reels.
• Excellent understanding of color schemes, design principles, and effective use of visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Demonstrable creativity and a keen eye for detail in design, with a passion for staying on top of current design trends.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to evolving project requirements, and work efficiently under deadlines.
