Engagement Specialist Customer Success

Job Description And Responsibility.

Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Brand Managers to understand the brand vision/positioning and define customer success parameters for each brand.

Make an audience engagement program by identifying trending subjects/news across global markets of interest and conceptualize creative campaigns through emailers/WhatsApp and other communication store fronts.

Monitor and manage user engagement on all brands to maintain a high response from end users.

Setup creative campaigns for new events/offers etc to build organic traffic on each platform.

Collaborating with various teams to align promotional materials and define target audiences for engagement campaigns.

Thorough understanding of data and working towards creating comprehensive cohorts, treat users differently, and communicate effectively to encourage their prompt participation.

Conducting post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Make monthly reports highlighting the performance against the KPIs and articulating the plan of action for subsequent months.
