Job Description

Client Onboarding : Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to platform integration.
Technical Integration : Collaborate with client technical teams to manage and guide platform integrations, including API setups, custom configurations, and data migrations.
Requirement Mapping : Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, map platform capabilities to their specific requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Training & Enablement : Train client teams across different functions (e.g., operations, IT, marketing) to ensure they are confident using the platform to its full potential.
Product Adoption : Proactively monitor product usage and adoption rates, addressing any barriers and promoting features that drive deeper engagement with the platform.
Customer Retention & Success : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
Feedback Loop : Act as the client s advocate, providing feedback to product and engineering teams about potential improvements or issues to help shape the product roadmap.
Technical Support : Serve as a primary technical resource during onboarding and provide ongoing support to resolve any platform-related issues post-integration.
Metrics & Reporting : Track client success metrics, adoption rates, and user engagement to ensure that customer success goals are met.
Core Skills and Competencies:
Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration processes; ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Customer-Centric Mindset : Ability to deeply understand client needs, translate them into product solutions, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Communication & Training : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : A proactive problem solver who can anticipate potential challenges and navigate through them to ensure client success.
Time Management : Ability to juggle multiple clients and onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on client needs and deadlines.
Team Collaboration : Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, to deliver a unified client experience.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar client-facing technical role.
Experience with SaaS platforms and technical onboarding processes.
Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, webhooks) and hands-on experience in managing client technical setups.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for ensuring client success.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango).
