- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and commercial sales
- Experience in selling commercial properties

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of channel sales and effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand the customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
