The AVP Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Sankalp Group. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met and also manage a high-performing sales team. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the companys presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners. Develop a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities. Continuously analyze and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and sales automation tools to streamline workflows. Monitor sales performance and make strategies as needed to meet targets. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay informed about real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all sales activities. Responsible for driving the overall revenue through promotional activities. Regular monitoring of the market trends in the given area of upcoming projects.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
