BootesNull is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Conversion Specialist) with a proven track record of converting high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry, a strong understanding of Market Trends, and the ability to close deals end-to-end. Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients, focusing on high-value opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized solutions.
  • Analyze sales funnel data and campaign performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross functional Teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
  • Utilize CRM and Analytics tools to track lead behavior and provide actionable insights.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales technologies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales performance, client interactions, and conversion rates.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into clients and manage relationships effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with lead Conversion Strategies and sales funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Gmail, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate findings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
