• ZOHO CRM: Deep understanding of ZOHO CRM features, modules, customization, automation, and integrations.
• ZOHO Creator: Experience in creating custom apps with ZOHO Creator, using drag-and-drop UI as well as custom scripting.
• ZOHO Books & ZOHO Finance: Knowledge of ZOHO Books, ZOHO Inventory, ZOHO Subscription, and how they integrate with other ZOHO products.
• Deluge Scripting: Proficiency in Deluge, ZOHO's scripting language, is crucial for writing custom functions, automating workflows, and integrating systems.
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS: Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend customization and working with ZOHO's web-based applications.
• APIs: Familiarity with ZOHO's APIs to integrate ZOHO applications with third-party tools and services.
• REST/SOAP Web Services: Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services for data exchange and integration between ZOHO and other platforms.
• SQL: Ability to write SQL queries for ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO Creator, and other ZOHO services that require querying databases.
• ZOHO Workflow Automation: Proficiency in creating and optimizing workflows, approval processes, task automation, and triggers within ZOHO CRM and other ZOHO applications.
• ZOHO Orchestrator: Experience with orchestrating multi-step processes using ZOHO's workflow automation tools.
